Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Astraweb Usenet Server service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Astraweb Usenet Server affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. 1) Affiliate links cannot be advertised in an unsolicited manner. This includes but is not limited to spam emails and usenet spamming. 2) Payment will only be made via Paypal. No other payment methods will be made. 3) The medium in which the affiliate link is advertised must not contain: a) Any illegal activity b) Any violation of intellectual property rights 4) If any of the terms of this agreement is broken, this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the date the Astraweb Usenet Server sends notification of its rejection of the application to Affiliate. Upon such termination, Company shall owe no duties or obligations to Affiliate whatsoever. 5) If payment is not received from a referred user, Affiliate payment will be deducted from Affiliate's balance. 6) Astraweb Usenet Server reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without notification. We encourage you to view this agreement frequently for updates. 7) Astraweb Usenet Server is not responsible for the content of any affiliated site. 8) Astraweb Usenet Server AND ANY PARTICIPATING COMPANIES will not be liable for ANY indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if Astraweb Usenet Server OR SUCH PARTICIPATING COMPANY has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Astraweb Usenet Server’s AND ANY PARTICIPATING COMPANY’s aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total Referral Fees payable to Affiliate under this Agreement. 9) Astraweb Usenet Server AND ALL PARTICIPATING COMPANIES MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY services SOLD THROUGH THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF A course OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE). without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, NEITHER COMPANY NOR ANY PARTICIPATING COMPANIES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION or warranty THAT: (i) THE OPERATION OF ASTRAWEB USENET SERVER’S SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AND COMPANY AND ANY PARTICIPATING SITES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS; or (ii) affiliate will receive any volume of referral fees or that any qualified sales will occur.
